The Mafia Racing Team is one of the most unique teams of professional and elite racers in the world. Its focus is off-road racing and its targeted outreach is every community it passes through. Mafia strives to inspire people to get out and explore, incorporating the arts, health, culture, sustainability, creativity, charity and, most of all, community, in its efforts. Look for Mafia at the races and stop by the Mafia lounge for some free swag, giveaways and product demos with our gracious team partners.

The Mafia Racing Team is composed of both males and females. The national roster includes 15 pro athletes, and there are also four regional teams: West Coast, Mountain Region, Southwest and Northwest. Each team may host up to 30 riders. Teams travel throughout North America to compete in mountain bike, cyclo-cross, off-road triathlons, and even some road cycling and running races.

Mafia Racing is proud to be the home of some of the best racers in the world, including Jeremiah Work, a UCI World Cup contender in 4X; Nate Hills, a consistent top pro DH/Super-D finisher in the acclaimed Mountain States Cup series; Jake Wells, one of the top cyclo-cross racers in the USA; Becca Blay, a top women’s pro XC finisher in the Mountain States Cup; Seth Wealing, a 2006/2008 USA Xterra National champion; Spencer Powlison, two-time Team USA winter triathlon team member; Kate Scheider,  top-three national U-23 cyclo-cross finisher; and Abby Strigel, WORS series overall Women’s Elite/Pro champion in 2008.
Mafia hopes to inpsire every person who could be getting out and exploring their neighborhood instead of sitting in front of the TV, and every retiree who thinks they are too old to start. They strive to inspire individuals to listen and play music, eat healthy, be creative, take care of their own bodies and to take care of others and the environment.
